Tube nuts are very important connecting elements and above all fastening elements that no workshop today should be without. Thus, only the pipes with the appropriate inch thread have slowly established themselves as a means of transport and found their way into the industry. It was only then that the tubes were developed which made it possible to use tube nuts with an inch or inch thread to fasten the tube connections to openings and drill holes. Tubes with an inch thread alone can be quickly joined together using only corner joints and T-pieces to create a long, unrestricted line on a steel pipe or stainless steel pipe in which liquids such as water or chemicals can pass through when the pipes are made of stainless steel. So sooner or later the corresponding nuts for pipes had to be constructed. Today, these Tube nuts are used thousands of times a day in many industrial plants and craftsmen's workshops to firmly connect pipes or pipe sockets, or even, for example, water taps or other customs screw connections to washbasins or tubes to sheet metal brackets attached to walls. The advantage of these tube nuts made of steel or stainless steel is that these connections can be detached when not in use and can therefore be removed quickly. Let us now move on to the closer assembly of a tube nut. In principle, a tube nut is designed in such a way that the hexagon on the outside provides a possibility to tighten it with an open-ended spanner or a ring spanner without slipping, thus generating a high closing force or torque. This allows the stainless steel tube nuts to be firmly tightened. When constructing such a nut for all pipes, it should also be mentioned that it has a hole on the inside, which is continuous and has a corresponding inch thread. On the outside of the tube nut it is the case that it is equipped with a chamfer, so that no high burr formation is to be expected. The stop side of the tube nut is smoothly relieved and has no chamfer, so that the entire surface of the end face can be screwed and tightened with full pressing force against the material to be secured.

Since the pipe connections and the associated screw connection technology for pipes and tubes have naturally also increased, the demand for tube nuts made of steel or stainless steel has also moved more and more into the focus of the industry. For each of the individual bridge pieces on pipes with an inch thread, a tube nut is required in order to be able to use the entire pipeline at an elbow provided for this purpose. This is the only way to achieve a positive connection and a good hold, which enables a permanent tight fit. When we started to build up our company we naturally started with the common nuts in the fastening technology to supply our customers all over Germany and the rest of Europe with them. After a few years, however, we received more and more enquiries to purchase the more and more sought-after tube nuts from us, which were to be made of either steel or stainless steel. So we started to search for a suitable supplier for this product as well, who could supply us with the appropriate tube nuts. The stainless steel pipe nut can be made of V2A or V4A and can be used on technical installations where liquids have to be transferred. With our online shop we have created the possibility for all our customers to buy their stainless steel tube nuts around the clock at low prices through our online shop. This creates more space and time for other projects. In order to ensure that the purchase of your products in our online shop is secure, we have converted the entire online shop to the secure SSL certificate, so that your data when purchasing the tube nuts are also secure when exporting data to our merchandise management system and can no longer be accessed by third parties. The production of tube nuts
In the previous article, we were able to tell you a few things about our tube nuts made of stainless steel or steel, which are equipped with a pipe thread to be placed on pipe threads and securely screwed together. This allows secure connections to be made between a tube thread and a wall mounting, with the tube nut serving as a locking element. Now many people and fitters are familiar with tube nuts of all kinds and know exactly how to use these fasteners, but very few know how to make these nuts. Today, modern CNC machines are used for this purpose, which are equipped with a bar loader in order to be able to produce tube nuts made of steel or stainless steel unmanned and at low cost. The bar feeder is always loaded with a raw material, which is a hexagon made of stainless steel for the tube nuts. This raw hexagon is not provided with a bore, so that all possible diameters can be drilled into the hexagon and all possible sizes of tube nuts can be produced. Once the CNC program is loaded and the machine is well equipped, the production of the tube nuts can begin. When starting the machine, the material is automatically drawn in and the drilling of the core diameter begins. Now the inch thread is screwed or cut into the existing hole. Then the chamfer is inserted at the hexagon and inside the bore. Now it comes to the final step of cutting off the almost finished tube nut. This only needs to be placed in a cleaning tank where all oil residue is removed and the finished tube nut can now be stored in our warehouse. If we receive an order from you, the nut can be put together with the other items in the warehouse and made ready for shipment. After a few days, the tube nuts should arrive at your premises so that they can be installed.
