The production of screws

Today, as then, hexagonal raw material, for example, is loaded in the loader, which already has the correct wrench width to produce the screws quickly and effectively. The machines can also run in night mode, unmanned, and thus produce the screws very cost-effectively. During the manufacturing process, the raw material is first drawn into the machine and clamped in the lathe chuck. Once this process has been completed, the shank can be screwed onto the screw. Then the chamfering is done at the beginning of the screw. Once this process is completed, the thread is cut open.
