Many are very often looking for threaded screws on the Internet and would like to get a quick picture or an overview of what one actually understands by the large "picture" of threaded screws and which types of screws or which types of threaded screws or which threads belong to the threaded screws. The term "threaded screws" is actually not quite correct, because it only means that you are looking for a screw with a thread, but since there are no screws that do not have a thread, virtually all threaded screws are equipped with a thread. Otherwise you would have to divide the screws generally into "threaded screws" and "non-threaded screws". However, nobody would look for the term "non-threaded screws". That would not be correct! In this article we would like to give you an idea of which types of screws can have which threads. Threaded screws are practically all screws that have a thread on the shaft with which a connection to a carrier material can or must be made by screwing in or screwing in. The thread on a screw always serves as a connecting material, which then either has to be screwed tightly as a metric thread with a nut, or can be screwed into a threaded hole in a piece of metal, or is screwed tightly as a wooden thread into a wooden beam. Whereby we would be also immediately with the transition and would like to explain to you, which thread screws with which thread come into question around fastenings to make possible. If people are looking for threaded screws, the search is usually limited to the fact that you are looking for threaded screws with a machine thread. A threaded screw with a machine thread is always rolled onto a screw as a metric thread or as an inch thread. These two thread types form the main part of screws. The third possibility is a thread on a threaded screw that resembles a self-tapping screw or a wood screw. With these two screw types a thread is rolled on, which is extremely coarse and has a large pitch as well as tapered at the tip. These threaded screws have the advantage to be screwed for example into sheet metal parts of cars or into wooden beams or other soft materials. If the wood is very hard, a small hole can also be made in the beam with a pricker to create the base so that the stainless steel threaded screw can grip and finally be screwed into the material and create a tight fit.

Threaded Screws Stainless Steel V2A V4AThreaded screws are always available as standard in two different versions. In principle, such a screw can be made of normal and soft structural steel, which can then be coated or nickel-plated to prevent corrosion. These steel threaded screws are usually made of very soft material and are not made for outdoor use. Similarly, such threaded screws are not designed for demanding loads. The more common screws are actually always made of stainless steel (V2A or V4A) and are therefore designed for high loads and very well protected against corrosion. Such threaded screws are used today in Germany (DE), Austria (AT) and Switzerland (CH) as well as in the rest of Europe thousands of times. Threaded screws of any design are now indispensable in industrial production and in the private sector. For many years now, we have been offering our customers the opportunity to buy their threaded screws simply and easily around the clock via our online shop. The production of threaded screws

Threaded Screws Stainless Steel V2A V4ANow, while many people know that there are threaded screws and that they can be used thousands of times in every imaginable sector of the economy, many do not know how these types of screws are made. In this article, we would like to go a little deeper into the matter and explain the manufacturing process to you so that you can get an overview of how the stainless steel threaded screws and steel threaded screws with the different head shapes are processed in the respective machines. Of course, a so-called CNC screw machine is always necessary for the manufacturing process of threaded screws. Because only this machine is able to produce the screws with the thread in a reasonable time and thus to counteract the economic factor appropriately. In the past, the threaded screws were produced exclusively on so-called cam-operated automatic lathes. These types of machines have one advantage and one disadvantage. The advantage is that these old machines are serh robust and almost never show technical failures. On the other hand, these old screw machines are so slow because they are controlled by a cam disc and the screws are manufactured exclusively by this cam control. The processes cannot therefore be optimized in terms of time and the cost-effectiveness of manufacturing the threaded screws drops dramatically. For this reason, almost only CNC machines are used for production today. These machines always have a machining chuck in which the screws are manufactured and can be prepared for further work steps. Outside of the machine there is always a drum safe, which stores the raw material. This can be made of stainless steel round steel or steel round steel. The raw material is now placed in the chuck of the machine. Now the first step is the cutting to length of the thread screw blank and the pre-cutting of the head at the shank end of the screw. Once this pre-heading section has been completed, the head is re-headed with the desired drive within the threaded screw. Now the metric thread or the inch thread is rolled on. To do this, the screw shaft must be rolled back and forth between two threaded plates under strong pressure so that the thread can be transferred from the threaded plates to the screw shaft. This thread can again be metrically executed as a standard thread or as an inch thread on the threaded screw. Once this section has also been completed, the last step is to wash the finished threaded screw and remove any oil residues from the production process. If this process is also completed, all threaded screws are stored in our warehouse for you and can be sent to you promptly when an order is placed.
