Roller Terminals

Roller terminals made of stainless steel can be pressed and used as transition elements in railing construction / railing accessories. All types of steel cables can be securely connected using roller terminals.

Have you ever thought about what a rolling terminals is or for which Zewck such rolling terminals can be used? If you are currently visiting our website, then you are in any way interested in the term rolling terminal or would like to find out more about rolling terminals made of steel or stainless steel. Of course, this article will not only deal with the rolling terminal itself, but also with many important points concerning the rolling terminal. We would like to explain in detail what a rolling terminal is and how it can be used today. Not only that is important to know, but also exactly how rolling terminals are constructed and which materials can be used for such terminals. In the next paragraph we also come to our stock programme of stainless steel and steel rolling terminals and in the last section of this chapter we also deal with the production of such important little helpers. However, we would like to start with the exact structure of such a rolling terminal. Basically one can state that such terminals always consist of a round material. These are similar to a long straight PIN, which has a blind hole on one side and a thread on the other. Now it is so that the thread can be manufactured as an internal thread or as an external thread. So it is quite simply a transition connection between a wire rope or a steel rope, which is squeezed in the rolling terminal to securely fasten it and on the other side, by a nut or a screw connection to a steel part or other parts to securely fasten. Roller terminals are very often used on railings and rope bracings on stair railings or boat railings, i.e. wherever ropes or wire ropes have to be securely connected by screws or nuts. The materials used for rolling terminals are always steel or stainless steel, V2A or V4A stainless steel. To ensure a clean wire rope connection with the rolling terminal, the wire rope is inserted into the blind hole and securely pressed with a suitable crimping tool.

Roller Terminals Stainless SteelSince a connection between a wire rope or a steel rope and a screw connection is not possible without a rolling terminal, the increased use of wire rope bracings and delimitations made of steel ropes in connection with a steel railing has drastically increased in recent years. On the one hand, this is due to the fact that steel cable bracings with a stainless steel rolling terminal represent a cost-effective way of generating a cable bracing. More and more customers are looking to buy their rolling terminals at a reasonable price via the online shops. Now the delivery should be seamless and there should not be a delay in delivery because there are not enough terminals in stock. For this reason we also decided some time ago to include the cheap rolling terminals in our delivery program in order to supply our customers with a wide range of steel filter terminals. So we offer our customers the possibility to buy their rolling terminals fast and cheap via our online shop. Security is also an important issue so that the purchase can proceed safely. So we have decided to convert the entire domain to the secure SSL certificate and to transfer all data after a purchase of your rolling terminals to our goods science. In this context, we would also like to briefly explain how a purchase of your roller terminals should be made of stainless steel, so that the purchase should be quick and uncomplicated. Did you also find us because you entered the keyword rolling terminal via a large search engine? Then you are in the right category. Just have a look at all our rolling terminals and decide which one you need for your rope tensioning. The production of stainless steel rolling terminals

Roller Terminal Stainless SteelNow we are almost at the end of this section again, where we of course do not want to withhold the production of rolling terminals from you and would like to give you a small insight into how such production processes of rolling terminals are composed. We will focus exclusively on how roller terminals can be manufactured using today's technology, i.e. in a highly economical manner. However, we would like to start with the fact that such a rolling terminal always consists of a round material, as already mentioned. This means that production can only take place on so-called lathes. So that an unmanned production and also an economy can be given, always also at a CNC lathe a loading system is coupled, which can take place the automatic feeding of the raw material, if the need is announced by the lathe to the balader. In order to start a production of rolling terminals, the machine has to be set up first. All zero points are measured and the corresponding CNC program is loaded. Now the machine knows all cutting parameters and feeds as well as bore diameters and thread sizes. Once the setup is completed, the roll terminals are started and produced. The round material is loaded into the chuck of the CNC machine and clamped. Now the pin area, which is later used as a crimp connection part for the steel cable, is tightened. The blind hole is then drilled in. Once this section has been completed, the rolling terminal is cut off. The opposite part can now be completed by transferring it to another machining chuck. The thread is now cut at the rolling terminal. Once this section has also been completed, the finished rolling terminal can fall into a basin and be collected until enough parts are in stock. Now the counting and storage in our warehouse takes place: If an order arrives from you, we can process your order and send it to you. After a few days, your ordered rolling terminals should be delivered to your mailbox.
