The wire thickness starts at 2-3 mm and quickly goes up to 8-10 mm for heavy hooks and largest loads. We would also like to give you a brief insight into how such hooks are made and how the machine works. Basically, the raw material of such hooks made of stainless steel is always endless material wound on a roll. The beginning comes into the bending machine and is now programmed. Once the programming is completed, the production can start. The tongs grip the end of the wire and bend it in a first loop so that the hook is semi-finished. In the next section, the wire is now cut. Now another pair of bending pliers takes over the end and begins to bend the second end of the hook now into the desired shape. Once this is done, the finished hook falls into a tub that holds all the hooks. Now all the hooks go to electropolishing. Once this is done, all the hooks come back and are stored in our warehouse. The next customer who visits us can now easily make his order and order all stainless steel or steel hooks from us.
