Pelican hooks are effective instruments, wherever safety is a top priority. This is what makes the Pelican Hook so interesting in use. Due to the well thought-out design of a Pelikan hook, the shackle is constructed in such a way that it engages in the locking pin with the safety ring when snapped shut. If there is no load on the Palikan hook, the shackle can be opened without any problems. If, however, the pulling force on the bail increases, the Pelican hook becomes safer when it comes to unintentional opening. Such a hook is screwed directly over the attached thread.
