Today it is impossible to imagine industry and the private sector without chain quick-release fasteners. This means that chains can be connected to each other by means of quick-release fasteners and thus extended, or that chain quick-release fasteners connect other components, such as steel cable thimbles with chains or chains with chain hooks. The fields of application are almost inexhaustible, so one sees chain quick fasteners also as a key ring safety device to connect the key ring with the loop of a jeans again releasably. This also ensures that the key ring can never get lost. How is such a quick-release fastener for chains actually constructed? Basically such a lock always consists of stainless steel as round material. This round material is bent to the chain lock on a machine. Then the nut, which is slightly longer, is inserted into the screw cap. Now you can tighten the lock nut without problems until it reaches the wire end on the opposite side. Then the nut is very tight. Loosening is only possible by unscrewing the nut. You can buy the quick fastener for chains made of stainless steel in our shop. Chainhooks

A chain hook made of stainless steel is one of the slings and at the same time a fastening element in the superordinate group. Thus, a chain hook is actually always made of stainless steel V4A from one piece complex. First a raw casting mould must be produced. Then the hook can be poured out of liquefied stainless steel in the mould. Then everything must be gutted, cleaned and sanded. Finally, the chain hook is polished so that it shines beautifully. The chain hook can be attached directly to a chain, because the hook is equipped with a pin, which is secured with a cotter pin. The pin can be removed from the chain hook to hang the chain. Or the chain can also be fastened with a chain emergency link. The fields of application of the hooks are completely different, so they are used on container transshipment yards as well as by small construction companies or roofers. Emergency links for riveting

Emergency chain links for riveting in stainless steel. They are always used when chains are torn or when chains simply need to be extended. But also when chains are to be attached to components that do not offer any possibilities, such as a pin in a hook that can be removed. Then the insertion of chains directly would not be possible and one would have to use the emergency link for chains. The emergency links are mostly made by casting, so that they are very robust and can withstand strong tensile forces. The chain emergency link has an open area which is equipped by means of the connecting piece. The connecting piece can be removed and the parts to be connected can be inserted. Now follows the closure of the chain link and the rivets on the closure piece must be brought in with strong hammer blows. Only then can the emergency link of the chain be fully loaded. The emergency links are available in different sizes, depending on the chain size used.
